Strathspey Self-Catering Holiday Cottage, Argyll—sleeps 4 |
Getting there |
The village of Strone is easily accessible by road, rail, air or bus. It is just over an hour by car from Glasgow or Prestwick Airports. A train to Gourock will bring you directly to the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry terminal that sails to the seaside town of Dunoon—about 7 miles from Strone. Alternatively two miles south of Gourock the Western Ferry sails to Hunter’s Quay—about five miles from the cottage. If you chose to travel by road the route from Glasgow is spectacular, taking in Loch Lomond, Loch Long, Loch Fyne and Loch Eck and finally to Strone on the shore of Holy Loch. |
